All of our preserved rose boxes are handcrafted, made to order and most are personalized. Therefore, our products may not be returned or exchanged unless it was damaged during transit. All sales are final and no refunds or store credit will be issued. Orly Bee Designs does not take any responsibility for any packages refused by the recipient at the time of the delivery. If the address you provided was undeliverable a refund will not be issued and you will need to pay new shipping costs.
In the event the order is damaged, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours via email at info@orlybeedesigns
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately to confirm whether the order has been processed. We have a 1 hour window for cancellation, so as long as you contacted us within that time frame we will be able to cancel your order. After the one hour time frame we will not be able to issue a full refund due to the fact that we already incurred an expense to complete your arrangement. Any changes to or cancellation of an order will require an email confirmation from our team at Orly Bee Designs.
