Delivery Information:
For every order placed, we process them within the same day or 1 business day excluding weekends and holidays after receiving your order confirmation email, regardless of the time of day and shipping method you choose. We’ll even keep you in the loop with another notification that’s sent out when your order has shipped.
  • Standard Shipping - 2 to 4 business days
    • Deadline to order by 3pm EST.
  • Express Shipping - 1 to 3 business days
    • Deadline to order by 3pm EST.
  • *Overnight Shipping - 1 business day
    • Deadline to order by 4pm EST.

Each of our handcrafted preserved rose boxes is made to order and most are personalized, so you can rest assured knowing you’re getting the exact product that you paid for.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Cancellation Policy is a customer-friendly solution that offers peace of mind in the event you no longer want your order. We give you a 1 hour window to cancel your order, free of charge. If you miss this window, we will still try to help you if we have not processed your order yet. At Orly Bee Designs, we understand that life changes quickly and we want to accommodate our customers when possible.
